Lake Alpine Day Use Areas are operated and maintained solely with the direct collection of fees from users. Fees are used for

-Waste removal -Cleaning -Maintenance

-Staffing -Fire Prevention -Landscaping

-Facilities Improvements -Interpretive Programs

Campgrounds

Lake Alpine boasts 150+ campsites and they are unlike any other campsite you've ever seen! Fire pits! Tables! Tent pads! Well, they're probably pretty similar to other campsites, but those others aren't here! These are US Forest Service Campgrounds, with Lake Alpine Lodge operating as Concessionaire. Plenty of sites along the water and walking distance to the lodge. No hookups but RVs welcome, potable water and toilets are provided. Group campsites will be closed for the 2020 season. All sites are available to reservations at Recreation.gov.
